Ingredients
200 grams Baby spinach greens
3 T. balsamic vinegar
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. orange zest
1 T. orange juice (from squeezed orange)
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
salt and pepper to taste
pinch red pepper flakes
Directions
Whisk ingredients together and toss with baby spinach or mixed baby greens. *Makes 2 Vegetable Servings*
