FAT HABIT #3: Sleeping too little or too much

FAT HABIT #3: Sleeping too little or too much According to Wake Forest researchers, dieters who sleep five hours or less put on 2½ times more belly fat, while those who sleep more than eight hours pack on only slightly less than that. Shoot for an average of six to seven hours of sleep per night-the optimal amount for weight control.

FAT HABIT #2: Not seeking nutrition advice

FAT HABIT #2: Not seeking nutrition advice
Good news here: By reading this, you're already forming habits that can help you shed pounds. When Canadian researchers sent diet and exercise advice to more than 1,000 people, they found that the recipients began eating smarter and working more physical activity into their daily routines. Not surprisingly, the habits of the non-recipients didn't budge. Knowledge is power!!!

    FAT HABIT #1: Eating "low-fat"

    FAT HABIT #1: Eating "low-fat"
It sounds crazy, but I want you to stop buying foods marketed as low-fat or fat-free. Typically, they save you only a few calories and, in doing so, they replace harmless fats with low-performing carbohydrates that digest quickly-causing a sugar rush and, immediately afterward, rebound hunger. Researchers from the University of Alabama at Birmingham found that meals that limited carbohydrates to 43 percent were more filling and had a milder effect on blood sugar than meals with 55 percent carbohydrates. That means you'll store less body fat and be less likely to eat more later.

Whats the difference between B12 and Lipo C Injections??!!!

The simple answer is Lipo C is the superman version of the b12 vitamin:

The Lipo C injections include the following naturally occurring vitamins, amino acids and minerals:
    1. Methionine – An antioxidant amino acid that neutralizes free radicals. It aids in breaking down fat, removing heavy metals from the body, and helps with digestion. It is one of the important amino acids that increase energy and lean muscle mass.

    2. Inositol – A vitamin that is vital for metabolism of fat and cholesterol. It prevents hardening of the arteries; it has also been shown to help in the treatment of depression and anxiety.

    3. Choline – Plays a major role in cardiovascular health, in addition to minimizing excess fat in the liver through its fat and cholesterol metabolic properties. It aids in hormone production.

    4. Vitamin B12 – Regulates the formation of red blood cells and helps in the utilization of iron, preventing anemia. It is an important component of the body system because it is required for proper digestion, absorption and synthesis of foods, protein synthesis, and the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats. Vitamin B12 is also necessary for a healthy nervous system.

Is HCG Safe for Men? Four Facts Even Women Don't Know about the HCG Diet.

    Fact #1
HCG isn't limited to the mother's body. It also enters the fetus's body and actually stimulates the development of the gonads in the male fetus. So all men have had HCG in their
bodies while  still in the womb, and they wouldn't have certain male organs without it.

    Fact #2
HCG has a similar effect in older boys. It stimulates the production of testosterone and can
help the testicles develop and descend in adolescent boys with such problems. In fact, this
use of HCG is what originally gave Dr. Simeons the clue that HCG could be used for weight
loss. He was helping boys who suffered from Froelich's syndrome, a condition that causes
slowed sexual development and extreme weight gain. When Dr. Simeons gave these boys
HCG, not only did their sexual organs develop rapidly, they also discovered that they could
eat very little food without hunger and lose weight. HCG is a direct outgrowth of
    this discovery.

    Fact #3
At its peak, HCG reaches levels of 288,000 International Units in the pregnant woman's
body, and this level has no negative effect on the mother or the fetus. The typical dosage
of HCG injections for weight loss is only 125 International Units—that's 2000 times less
than the amount in pregnancy. HCG contain just enough HCG to trigger the weight
    loss effect.

    Fact #4
HCG  has helped uncounted numbers of men lose weight. There have
been no indications of HCG causing strange or harmful effects in men. In fact,
hCG seems to work even better for men than women, since men tend
to lose weight faster than women on the hCG diet.

This should help put to rest any fears you men might have had about the effects
of  hCG on the male body. HCG isn't a "female" hormone; it's a
human hormone. Far from having a feminizing effect, hCG has special
properties that aid the development of manhood and plays a key role in making
    men into—well, men.

So yes, HCG is safe for men.
