Wow, i'm not a woman but this sound very interesting. I think motivating our women out there to make better health choices is a wonderful thing. And could also decrease our childhood obesity rate. Keep up the good work ladies......

When you think about it, most women prepare the food in their households so if we start with them it will eventually have a trickle effect on the entire family as it did with mine.
