Ingredients:
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp parsley, chopped
1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1 cup plain low fat yogurt, or sour cream
2 tsp garlic, crushed
1/8 tsp black pepper, ground
Cooking Directions:
