HCG Approved Recipe: Orange Asian Chicken

100 grams bite size pieces chicken breast
1 orange
1/3 lemon
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp ZSweet*
1/8 tsp minced ginger
dashes garlic powder
dashes onion powder
tiny pinch red pepper flakes
Marinate (best in a baggie) chicken breast in ½ tsp grated rind of orange, 1 tbsp orange juice, 1 tbsp lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, ginger, onion and garlic for as long as you can.
Pour marinade and chicken into a saucepan and sautee on med-high until chicken is done.  (8-12 minutes)  Great on salad with orange sections.

* ZSweet
Many people out there are looking for a way to satisfy their sweet tooth without compromising the size of their waist. Zsweet,  a natural sweetener, may just be a solution for this dilemma. The "Z" stands for "zero" since it contains zero calories and has zero glycemic affect, making it a viable option for diabetics.
The main ingredient in Zsweet is erythritol, fermented glucose (simple sugar), that occurs naturally in fermented foods like soy sauce and wine. Unlike other sugar alcohols based sweeteners, Zsweet has a high digestive tolerance, so it won't leave your belly aching.
