    * ZSweet
Many people out there are looking for a way to satisfy their sweet tooth without compromising the size of their waist. Zsweet,  a natural sweetener, may just be a solution for this dilemma. The "Z" stands for "zero" since it contains zero calories and has zero glycemic affect, making it a viable option for diabetics.
The main ingredient in Zsweet is erythritol, fermented glucose (simple sugar), that occurs naturally in fermented foods like soy sauce and wine. Unlike other sugar alcohols based sweeteners, Zsweet has a high digestive tolerance, so it won't leave your belly aching.

The Connection Between B12 Shots and Weight Loss

If you are trying to lose some weight, you might want to go on a regime of Vitamin B12 and see how it works for you. There seems to be a direct relationship between losing weight and Vitamin B12. Research shows that it boosts weight loss significantly. How does it work?

To understand how it works to boost weight loss, we need to understand about weight gain first, and then understand what the body needs to do to lose weight.

Weight is actually a matter of metabolism. Metabolism is simply how you convert the food that you eat. The higher a rate metabolism that you have, the less likely that you will gain weight. Weight gain is a result of slow metabolism. The food that you eat is converted into fat instead of directly into energy. The more you gain fat, the less energy you have and so the less you move your body. Your metabolism gets even slower because your needs for energy are so low.

To lose weight, you need to work on increasing your metabolism. That’s why exercise and a change in diet come the best recommended. The better your diet, the more efficient your body is in processing it into the right nutrients for your energy needs. The more you exercise, the more energy you need. A higher rate of metabolism kicks in. If you are consistent in your efforts, you will find that you lose weight.

Vitamin B12 shots works to increase your metabolism. It’s called the energy vitamin, and this is because it causes your body to break down food and turn it into energy. The rest is expelled as waste. Once you get yourself in a high metabolism cycle, you keep going so long as you keep active. Vitamin B12 will stimulate your cells so that they are constantly producing energy. When you exercise for instance, you find that you can go for longer. If you used to feel weak after a few hours of not eating, you find that you don’t feel that hungry any more. Your energy usage has been corrected.

Vitamin B12 will also lift depression and leave you feeling perkier. When you are on a weight loss plan, this is definitely a plus – you will be more motivated to do what you need to do to lose weight.

Does it have any side effects? None that are serious. Some people report being giddily happy after a shot, but that wears off into a positive mood after a few hours. Don’t take it without consulting your doctor if you have an already existing condition or are under other medication.

New Love?? New Relationship? New numbers on the scale??

Top four reasons we gain weight after meeting our mate & How Two Island Girls can help:
    1. Bye-Bye Motivation
When you’re single and looking for love, you probably take more care of your appearance by eating healthier and exercising more – you want to impress future love matches. You may cook healthy meals at home for yourself and you have more time and interest in running or going to the gym. Once you finally hook up and fall in love, you don’t feel as motivated to look good because you’ve already hooked him/her. Love has a way of making you feel special, no matter how much weight you gain, especially if your boyfriend/girlfriend doesn’t acknowledge your body’s changes. And once you’re married, other responsibilities become more important – your kids, home, money, work, expenses – and looking good becomes second priority.
     2. He’s Rubbing Off On Me
Your friends and family can certainly tempt you to stray from healthy eating habits, and your partner is no different. Besides, eating with someone is always more fun, and you don’t feel as guilty about indulging in fatty foods because someone else is too. A lot of men aren’t the healthiest eaters to begin with, and you may start to inherit your guy’s pizza and beer diet as a way to bond or because it’s an easy solution to dinner. If your boyfriend isn’t regularly active, it might be difficult for you to get up for that run when he’s pulling you back on the couch to cuddle. It’s always more of a challenge to remain healthy in the face of temptation.
    3. I Don’t Have Time to Exercise Anymore!
You love him/her, you want him/her, you have to have him/her – every single moment of the day. New couples tend to spend a lot of time together, forgoing the activities they did when they were single. Your alone time becomes your couple time, especially if you have a busy schedule with work or other priorities. Visits to the gym and those solo after-work walks around the neighborhood get put on the back burner in favor of spending time with your partner. Women are also the caretakers in the relationships, so they’re more prone to put their needs, healthy and otherwise, last on the list. If you’re married and busy with kids and other responsibilities, you don’t have the time or the energy to even think about exercise!
    4. Stress
What’s to stress about when you’re in a loving, fun relationship? Good, stress, known as eustress, can actually fuel your relationship weight gain. Even happy, euphoric feelings can make you turn to the fridge in almost a celebration mentality. However, you’re sure to experience the bad kind of stress when your relationship hits some bumps in the road, and one of the most common ways people deal with stress is to try and eat it away, which you know backfires.

Once you start celebrating month or year anniversaries, chances are that you’re so comfortable in your relationship that impressing your partner isn’t always your first priority anymore. The average weight gain once settled in a relationship (not dating) is 15-20lbs within the first 6 months to a year.

Two Island Girls have put together an excellent package and program to help you and your significant other, work together to attain your weight loss goals.
