Ingredients:
565 grams lean ground turkey (chicken) breast
6 slices melba toast, ground
¼ c. milk
1 egg white
½ t. oregano
½ t. Italian seasoning
1 T. dry minced onion
½ t. dry minced garlic
1 ½ t. dry parsley flakes

Directions
Pour milk over melba toast. Mix together all ingredients. Form 18 meatballs. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 min. in 2 mini muffin tins. Pour HCG approved spaghetti sauce over meatballs. 3 meatballs per person. Yum! Serve with a tossed salad.
